Field Service Engineer - ATG

A reputable organization within the Ghulam Faruque Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician with 2-3 years of experience specifically in managing Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support related to ATG jobs, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and automation components at client sites. This role involves regular visits to fuel stations operated by PARCO to perform routine and preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting any electrical or automation issues that arise. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting Field Service Reports (FSRs) to document all maintenance activities and technical interventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute ATG-related jobs with a focus on maintaining system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and automation components associated with ATG systems.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance at client sites, primarily fuel stations under PARCO, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
- Visit client locations regularly to assess system performance and address any technical issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed Field Service Reports (FSRs) documenting maintenance work, repairs, and system status updates.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing ATG jobs, including maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical components and automation controls used in fuel station environments.
- Ability to work independently at client sites and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
