Final Expense Closer

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Final Expense Closer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into sales by clearly explaining final expense life insurance policies to eligible customers across the USA. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to help clients understand their options and secure the coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified leads and successfully convert them into finalized sales.
- Clearly and professionally explain policy benefits, premiums, and coverage details to customers.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and effectively addressing any objections.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and all relevant insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Targets & Performance Expectations
- Daily: Achieve assigned daily closing targets.
- Weekly: Meet weekly sales goals established by management.
- Monthly: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in final expense sales or closing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and consistently meet sales targets.
