Final Expense (FE) Self-Closer (Night Shift)

AXEON is seeking a self-motivated Final Expense (FE) Self-Closer who can independently manage the entire sales process, from the initial customer interaction through to the completion of applications. This role is ideal for a disciplined individual who excels at time management, follows established campaign procedures, and consistently strives to meet sales and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently and professionally manage the assigned Final Expense sales process.
- Engage with prospects to identify their needs and clearly explain relevant policy options in simple, understandable terms.
- Address questions and objections while maintaining a customer-focused and accurate conversation.
- Complete eligible applications independently, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Adhere to approved scripts, verification steps, and compliance requirements throughout each call.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activity, application outcomes, and necessary follow-ups.
- Consistently meet individual targets related to sales, quality, and attendance.
- Report any system, application, or customer issues to the appropriate team members promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Final Expense closing is preferred; demonstrated ability to perform independent sales is an advantage.
- Strong spoken English skills, with active listening and clear communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding customers through the application process.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn campaign software and CRM tools.
