Final Expense Insurance Closer

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Final Expense Insurance Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience closing final expense insurance sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to guide prospective customers through the sales process professionally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into sales, understanding customer needs, addressing objections, and maintaining accurate sales records while working toward established performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers using company-provided or self-generated leads.
Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and explain suitable final expense insurance products.
Present product information clearly and professionally.
Handle customer questions and objections to support informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Follow applicable company procedures and insurance sales requirements.
Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in final expense insurance sales and closing.
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into completed sales.
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven sales environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional telephone manner and effective customer relationship management skills.
