Finance Account Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Accounts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks within the organization, demonstrating strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning. Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliations. Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting standards, recommending best practices to enhance financial processes. Provide support during internal and external audits, addressing any issues that arise. Maintain knowledge and experience in GST, Income Tax, and related returns. Prepare and present Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cost analyses. Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion. Perform ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, ICMA, CA, or CMA is highly desirable. Proven expertise in QuickBooks accounting software is essential. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced skills in MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
