Finance & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong coordination skills to work effectively with various internal departments and support the overall financial operations of the company. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, expenditures, invoices, and bills in line with organizational policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain invoices, payment records, and financial transactions within the system to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain precise financial records along with supporting documentation to facilitate audits and reviews.
- Assist in bank reconciliations by verifying financial transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payments, invoices, and other financial matters to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and controls.
