PrimeHR is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for the position of Finance & Administration Executive based in Karachi, Shahra-E-Faisal. The role involves managing a broad range of finance and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, payroll, tax compliance, and administrative duties while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including processing invoices, payments, reimbursements, and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, employee salary disbursements, and related payroll documentation.
- Handle employee income tax/PIT calculations, payments, and ensure compliance with Pakistan’s tax regulations.
- Support statutory compliance requirements such as withholding tax, sales tax, corporate tax, and other relevant filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, vendors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage administrative and general affairs, including handling company documents, contracts, administrative files, office facilities, supplies, and service providers.
- Support matters related to NTN, BOI, licenses, registrations, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Pakistan labor laws, tax regulations, and administrative policies while independently managing multiple tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Administration, Payroll, General Administration, or Accounting.
- Practical experience with payroll and employee income tax/PIT processes in Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 80,000 to PKR 120,000. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at the Karachi office located on Shahra-E-Faisal.
