Finance Executive – Budgeting & Planning

We are seeking a Finance Executive specializing in Budgeting and Planning to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 130,000 to PKR 170,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and management of budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budgets.
- Analyze actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and management dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support monthly financial planning, reporting, and analysis cycles.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in finance, particularly in forecasting and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models and reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting and variance analysis techniques.
