Finance Executive (Experience with USA/Dubai Companies)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist with hands-on experience working with companies based in the USA and/or Dubai (UAE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international finance and be ready to take full ownership of financial operations. This is a full-time position based in Karachi, requiring a minimum of three years of relevant experience with U.S. or Dubai-based organizations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
- Handle cross-border invoicing, taxation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare for audits.
- Coordinate effectively with external consultants and accountants located in the U.S. or UAE.
- Oversee payroll processing, accounts receivable and payable, and monitor cash flow to maintain financial health.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in or for companies based in the USA and/or Dubai.
- Expertise in VAT filing and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong financial acumen.
- Completion of ACCA qualification is mandatory.
