Finance Executive (hands-on experience in Odoo )

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with practical experience in Odoo to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires hands-on expertise with Odoo software and a solid understanding of accounting principles to maintain smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries using Odoo.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and comprehensive financial reports.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding balances to maintain financial control.
- Coordinate with other departments on financial and accounting matters to support organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.

The position is based in Korangi, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to alternate Saturdays. This schedule supports a balanced workweek while accommodating business needs.
