SenecaGlobal IT Services Private Limited, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking a finance and compliance professional to support its day-to-day financial operations. The role involves assisting with invoice processing, payments, reimbursements, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The candidate will also contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports while ensuring adherence to established finance policies and controls. This position requires active participation in statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance activities, as well as supporting audits and compliance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance and compliance operations, including processing invoices, payments, reimbursements, and accounting entries.
- Maintain financial records, vouchers, and all supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policies related to finance and accounting.
- Follow defined finance policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Support audit processes and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and information.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Handle financial records and documents securely to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial, contractual, and employee-related information.
- Use only approved systems and tools for processing financial data to ensure data integrity and security.
- Promptly report any suspected data leakage, security incidents, or breaches to the appropriate authorities.
- Adhere to all department and organizational information security policies, processes, and requirements.
- Follow the organization’s information security guidelines, including dos and don’ts, to safeguard sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or compliance roles.
- Educational background in engineering or technology fields such as BTech, BE, MTech (CSE/ECE), MS, or MCA.
