Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive with solid experience in various accounting functions including payments, recovery, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, managing payroll, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with financial institutions and the ability to prepare consolidated accounts and periodical financial reports. The position is full-time and based in Karachi, with a requirement for reliable commuting or relocation prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance of accounts and accurate record-keeping
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports
- Managing payroll processes efficiently
- Conducting bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Handling payments and collections
- Preparing consolidated accounts including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet
- Generating periodical reports such as balance sheets, bank loan statements, project-wise and product-wise reports
- Uploading daily financial expenses into the ERP system
- Liaising with financial institutions such as banks, leasing houses, and insurance companies
- Performing any additional assignments as delegated by the line manager

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in data analysis, development, and processing
- Solid accounting experience with desirable knowledge of tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Ability to prepare reports for senior management and work collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work on-site in Karachi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before commencing employment.
