Finance Executive

Expert BackOffice Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting financial reporting, deposit monitoring, and reconciliation activities. This position requires working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office. The role demands strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data to ensure smooth and transparent financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash and check deposits received from various retail locations.
- Reconcile store sales, deposits, card payments, commissions, and chargebacks to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate any financial discrepancies, including cash shortages, overages, and payment variances.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Verify commission calculations and track any outstanding reconciliation issues to resolution.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and support the monthly financial closing process.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records along with supporting documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with retail stores, Market Managers, and internal accounting teams to streamline processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Power BI tools for financial analysis and reporting purposes.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or reconciliation roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies thoroughly and manage financial data with accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment or back-office operations will be beneficial.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
