Finance Executive

We are seeking a motivated professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in banking-related credit departments to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Banking and Finance, complemented by practical experience in cash flow management, financial reporting, and client correspondence. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle daily banking transactions, manage leasing activities, and contribute to project profitability analysis while maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Maintain physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Execute daily routine banking transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze project profitability reports.
- Oversee leasing activities, including disbursement and maturity tracking.
- Handle insurance matters related to bikes, cars, fire, and other assets.
- Perform markup calculations accurately.
- Assist in financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties regarding finance-related activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS Hons) in Banking & Finance, along with an MBA in Finance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a banking credit department or related financial role.
- Strong knowledge of banking activities related to financing.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.
- Well-groomed and disciplined professional demeanor.
