Finance Executive

Kualitatem is a global consulting, audit, and assurance firm specializing in software quality assurance, information security, technology process optimization, and cloud infrastructure. We are currently seeking a Finance Executive to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payment processing, supporting reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting entries in the system.
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents required for payments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks under supervision.
- Perform bank, vendor, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
- Support senior team members in preparing financial reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve routine accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance function.
