Job Title: Finance Executive (Payable)
Location: Lahore (100% Onsite)
The Finance Executive (Payable) will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role involves verifying proper coding and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take full ownership of their tasks within the Finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox, reviewing, processing, and uploading vendor invoices for approval and payment.
- Ensure precise coding of invoices to the correct facility, department, and general ledger account.
- Maintain vendor records and set up vendor direct debit arrangements, including utilities and other approved vendors, from company bank accounts.
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.
- Support additional Finance department tasks as assigned to contribute to overall team efficiency.
- Maintain organized electronic records and ensure all payables are processed in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
