We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of managing multiple financial and tax-related tasks with precision. This role demands accuracy in handling daily financial operations while ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations. The successful applicant will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, supporting reporting processes, and coordinating with tax authorities to meet all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial records and reports to support business operations.
- Monitor daily financial transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and manage accounts.
- Oversee tax compliance, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax obligations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Ensure timely processing of payments and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, MBA, M.Com, or partial qualification in professional certifications such as CA or ICMA.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills being essential.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Experience in a CA/CMA firm is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience working in a CA/CMA firm will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
