Reach First, a Canadian company specializing in software development, digital marketing, and custom solutions, is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive to join its Finance team based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in accounting, portfolio management, and financial reporting while supporting the financial operations of the organization. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will contribute to various financial processes and learn the complexities of the financial industry within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records of daily transactions.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports to support financial planning.
- Provide support in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Participate in team meetings, presenting findings and contributing to discussions.
- Assist in the creation of financial models and projections to aid decision-making.
- Learn and adhere to financial industry regulations and best practices.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist with statistical analysis and special projects.
- Provide general accounting support and perform other related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (4 years BBA) or MBA from a reputable local or international university.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of basic financial principles and concepts.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and ethical handling of confidential data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to collect, evaluate, and interpret data in both statistical and narrative formats.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
