Finance Manager

Tandoori Group is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Manager to join their Head Office in Islamabad. This pivotal role involves leading and overseeing the company’s financial operations to ensure financial integrity, implement robust controls, manage budgets, enhance profitability, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making by combining hands-on accounting expertise with strategic financial insight. Experience in multi-unit operations, particularly within the hospitality or retail food sectors, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a new finance structure aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee software deployment, streamline financial processes, and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting activities to optimize resource allocation.
- Manage accounting functions and overall financial management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Control costs and drive profitability through effective financial strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, ensure compliance, and conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 to 4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and taxation regulations.

The company offers a market-competitive salary package ranging from Rs285,000 to Rs325,000 per month. Additional benefits include a group health insurance plan and opportunities for career development and growth. The position requires in-person attendance at the Head Office in Islamabad.
