The Finance Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Central District. This role is responsible for managing daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will closely monitor financial performance, prepare detailed management reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Key duties include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and enhancing financial processes and controls. Additionally, the role supports senior leadership by delivering financial insights that aid in business planning and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, operational, and leadership teams to align financial objectives with overall company goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation using accounting and ERP software.
- Experience in developing and enforcing financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, prepare clear reports, and present findings to management and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations, tax laws, and audit practices in Pakistan.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CMA are considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role, preferably within technology, IT services, or BPO sectors.
