Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead the financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and overall financial operations for a dynamic and growing food and beverage company. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis capabilities, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. This role requires a proactive individual who can support business growth through effective financial oversight and collaboration with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and perform variance analysis to identify and address discrepancies.
- Monitor food costs, operational expenses, and evaluate overall business profitability to support strategic decisions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Analyze sales, margins, and profitability on a branch-wise basis to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to enhance cost control measures and improve financial performance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance are preferred.

Work Location
