Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage all financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of finance principles and demonstrate the ability to efficiently oversee financial operations. Proficiency in Google Sheets and advanced spreadsheet tools is essential for this role. This position requires a hands-on approach to financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic support for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to aid strategic planning and decision-making.
- Review daily payment summaries for all approved transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required information.
- Generate and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
- Monitor and control expenses to optimize spending and enhance profitability.
- Manage cash flow activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions, to maintain liquidity.
- Identify potential financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee related processes as needed.
- Supervise the implementation and upkeep of financial systems within the company.
- Maintain a clear understanding of all accounting department procedures and ensure accurate closing of final accounts.
- Apply strong knowledge of verification processes and basic taxation laws.
- Utilize updated accounting software proficiently alongside advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Demonstrate expertise in Excel functions such as formulas, lookups, macros, pivot tables, calculations, and index match.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a Finance Manager role or similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Location and Work Details:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The working days are Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000.
