Finance Manager

We are seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This on-site position operates during morning hours and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of a travel-services business by overseeing various financial functions including planning, accounting, reporting, and analysis. The role also involves coordinating audits and managing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Occasional travel is a necessary part of this position. The salary range for this role is between USD 1,000 and 2,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all financial planning activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Supervise accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate audit processes with external auditors.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Undertake travel as required to support business needs and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications
