Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing accounting records, including bookkeeping and financial statements, to ensure accuracy and reliability. This role requires establishing and maintaining the chart of accounts, managing tax computations and filings in compliance with regulations, and applying accounting standards during financial reconciliations. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software is essential. Additionally, the Finance Manager will develop and analyze budgets, comparing projected and actual costs to assess overall company performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
- Advise on investment activities and develop strategies to enhance the company’s financial position.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization through effective cost analysis, pricing strategies, and performance evaluation against business plans.
- Develop financial trends and projections to support long-term planning.
- Identify and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities through regular reviews.
- Oversee finance department operations, setting goals and designing frameworks to achieve them.
- Manage the preparation and monitoring of the company’s budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and proper financial monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to discuss company plans and align on future strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager with a strong track record in financial management.
- CA Finalist or ACCA qualification with articles completed from a reputable firm (please specify any remaining papers).
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a well-established organization; candidates with experience in the insurance and tracking industries will be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of national and local accounting and taxation policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, QuickBooks, and tax filing systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 90,000 to Rs 120,000.
- This position requires working on-site, providing direct engagement with the finance team and other departments.
