We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, taxation, audit coordination, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be capable of independently handling daily finance functions while providing accurate financial insights to support management’s decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, financial plans, and reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure proper financial controls, approvals, documentation, and reconciliation procedures are in place.
- Handle taxation matters, including preparation and timely filing of tax returns and statements.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and relevant authorities on taxation issues, notices, assessments, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules, supporting documents, and audit query responses.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, control weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
- Review financial transactions for proper authorization and documentation.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank, ledger, supplier, customer, and other accounts.
- Monitor project and company expenditures to ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.
- Provide management with analysis on costs, profitability, cash position, financial performance, and variances.
- Establish and maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Supervise finance and accounts staff to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Assist management with financial planning, cost control, and business expansion strategies.
- Perform additional finance, accounting, audit, or taxation duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, financial management, audit, and taxation.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and taxation matters.
- Experience working with internal and external auditors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounting teams and finance operations.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong practical experience in finance, audit, and taxation will be considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Good understanding of taxation laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Ability to prepare and interpret complex financial reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

The salary range for this position is PKR 100,000 – 180,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is based in Lahore at Nicholson Road. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.
