The Finance Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Rawalpindi, offering flexibility to work from home part of the week. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Daily tasks include managing accounts, monitoring cash flow, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations. The Finance Manager will also review financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend initiatives to optimize costs and improve revenue. Coordination with internal teams, auditors, and external partners is essential, along with supervising finance staff and maintaining strong internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Manage accounts and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Review financial performance, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, managing workload priorities effectively.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls, policies, and financial procedures to safeguard company assets.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with finance and accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and managing team priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous.
- Capacity to work reliably and efficiently in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating strong accountability and time management.
