Finance Officer (Night Shift)

Level3 BOS is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to oversee financial operations, analyze data, and provide valuable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with U.S.-based clients and finance teams, gaining international exposure in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and performance evaluation.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and deliver data-driven recommendations to support business strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to aid in planning and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in financial records and meet all reporting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and operational finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
