Finance & Operations Associate

Milele Prime, a growing CFD brokerage, is seeking an Operations & Finance Associate to support the development and daily management of our brokerage infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the business, including market research, coordination with liquidity providers and payment service providers, as well as finance and accounts setup. You will work closely with the leadership team during an important growth phase, so we are looking for a proactive individual who learns quickly and delivers results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research on the CFD and forex brokerage landscape, including competitor analysis and vendor evaluation.
- Assist in the evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs) to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Support the selection, onboarding, and integration of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to facilitate seamless payment processes.
- Aid in finance and accounts setup activities such as reconciliation and reporting, tailored to the evolving needs of the business.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to assist operational and strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with a strong preference for candidates with an Accounting or Finance background.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to gather and interpret relevant market and operational data.
- Ability to learn new domains independently and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Strong execution skills with a focus on follow-through and delivering results on time.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with brokerage operations, trading platforms, or fintech environments is advantageous.
- Experience working with vendors or financial partners will be considered a plus.
