A UK-based insolvency practice is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Specialist to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, onsite role offers an opportunity to work closely with the UK office, providing comprehensive support in insolvency and corporate recovery processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, regulated environment. Initial training on insolvency practices will be provided, and the role includes a three-month probation period. Compensation ranges from PKR 125,000 to 300,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-appointment ethical and KYC checks for new clients to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and accurately complete standard pre-appointment documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain and update the Tracker Document in coordination with the team to monitor case progress.
- Efficiently manage client work assigned by partners and team members, taking initiative to advance insolvency and corporate recovery matters.
- Ensure timely progress of client assignments while maintaining regular and professional communication with clients.
- Deliver high standards of client care with professionalism and courtesy.
- Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information and documentation.
- Foster effective communication with colleagues across the firm to support collaborative work.
- Perform investigations including detailed bank statement analysis related to company affairs.
- Adapt to changing business demands and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- ACCA or CA qualified professional.
- Graduate from a reputable university, preferably with a finance-related degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in UK-based insolvency or corporate recovery.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- High adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
