Key Responsibilities
- Manage payables and accounts receivable processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Utilize Odoo software for finance operations, documentation, and reporting tasks.
- Perform financial reporting, bookkeeping, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing with accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee fixed asset management and maintain detailed records of asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial statements, identifying variances and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate financial information clearly and support operational needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements, particularly within the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Strong finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
- Solid accounting knowledge, with experience in general ledger management and familiarity with accounting standards.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly and work collaboratively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or CMA are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
