Our client, a globally recognized motorcycle gear brand known for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team in Johar Town, Lahore, near the Expo Center. This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO, providing critical financial support and contributing to strategic decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong financial expertise and hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, statements, and dashboards to support business insights.
- Support auditing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Manage and reconcile accounts using NetSuite and Oracle financial software.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends to identify financial opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Mandatory prior experience in auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform advanced functions and data analysis.
- Practical working knowledge of NetSuite and Oracle financial systems.
- Ability to work independently while handling confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with senior leadership, including C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications and Candidate Profile
