We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in financial accounting to join our team on a full-time remote basis. Our company has been promoting Greece for over 25 years through popular travel websites attracting around 10 million visitors annually, such as greeka.com and ferriesingreece.com. We offer a variety of travel services including online car rentals, ferry tickets, transfers, and tours to ensure a seamless holiday experience for our customers. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records and managing data entry tasks to support our accounting and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks by accurately entering invoices and receipts into accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Calculate monthly VAT payments and ensure timely submission.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify financial data accuracy.
- Review data for errors, missing pages, or incomplete information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for efficient data entry.
- Collect and verify online data from various sources and input it into spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by comparing entries against original source documents.
- Administer online tests to candidates and record their results in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient typing skills, with a speed of 40 to 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data handling.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
