We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Our company has been promoting Greece as a premier travel destination for over 25 years through popular websites attracting around 10 million visitors annually. These platforms offer a variety of travel services, including online car rentals, ferry tickets, transfers, and tours, ensuring a seamless holiday experience for travelers worldwide. This role involves handling data entry and financial accounting tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookkeeping by accurately entering invoices and receipts into accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Calculate monthly VAT payments and ensure timely submission.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial records.
- Review data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies and resolve any issues found.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for efficient data entry processes.
- Collect and verify online data from various sources and input it into spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-checking information against source documents.
- Administer online tests to candidates and record their results accurately in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the team and business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficient typing skills, with a speed of 40 to 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain data accuracy.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
