We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time remote basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookkeeping by accurately entering invoices and receipts into accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Calculate monthly VAT obligations to ensure timely payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies such as missing pages or information.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for efficient data entry processes.
- Collect and verify online data from various sources, inputting it into spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-checking entries against source documents.
- Administer online tests to candidates and record their results in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficient typing skills, with a speed between 40 to 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain data accuracy.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
