This is a full-time remote position focused on data entry and financial accounting tasks. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing financial records and data verification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping by entering invoices and receipts into accounting software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Calculate monthly VAT payments accurately.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Review data for errors, missing pages, or incomplete information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for efficient data entry.
- Verify online data from various sources and input it into spreadsheets.
- Ensure data integrity by comparing entries against source documents.
- Administer online tests to candidates and record their results in spreadsheets.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient typing skills, with a speed of 40 to 60 words per minute.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
