As a Financial Accuracy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that AI models correctly interpret and apply financial rules. Your primary responsibility will be to review AI-generated financial documents such as statements, tax advice, and expense reports to confirm they are mathematically accurate and comply with local accounting regulations. Acting as the "Human Auditor," you help prevent costly errors by validating the AI’s outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Statement Auditing: Review AI-generated balance sheets and profit & loss statements to ensure all calculations are precise and balanced.
- Tax Logic Verification: Verify that the AI applies the correct tax rates and regulations specific to your country, such as VAT in Europe or Zakat in the Middle East.
- Expense Categorization: Train the AI to accurately classify expenses, distinguishing between categories like "Travel Expense" and "Capital Asset."
- Fraud Detection Training: Assist the AI in identifying unusual patterns that may indicate double-billing or suspicious financial activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Native Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in your primary language is essential due to the complexity and variability of tax laws and accounting terminology across countries.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate English (B1 level) is required to understand and follow project instructions effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A strong precision mindset with a passion for accuracy, particularly in financial data and spreadsheets.
Assessment and Payment
Candidates will undergo a subject-specific qualification exam to assess their suitability for the role, along with identity verification. Compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $50 USD per hour, with payment terms defined per project.
