The Financial Analyst – Master Data Management (MDM) plays a crucial role in supporting the Order to Cash (O2C) process by ensuring that master data is created, maintained, and governed accurately and efficiently. This position contributes to delivering a world-class finance function aligned with the company’s vision by applying strong financial knowledge, maintaining robust controls, and ensuring compliance in all master data activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process master data requests, including creation, amendments, and finance data updates within SAP/FSCM, adhering to defined service level agreements and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and Close & Control (C&C) teams to ensure timely and accurate material listings, channel setups, and related master data for both new and existing products.
- Manage and monitor GMM/material master workflows, identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks to facilitate smooth order-to-cash execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance, commercial, technology, and supply chain teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective master data solutions.
- Support automation and standardization initiatives within O2C MDM, including workflow improvements, reporting automation, and data validation tools.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with internal control frameworks such as SOX/ICFW, assisting with internal and external audits and responding to data-related queries.
- Provide support to the O2C team by handling ad hoc queries and tasks as required.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a related O2C/MDM role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP/FSCM or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to proactively identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining policies and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adequate financial acumen to ensure that postings to financial statements are accurate and reasonable.
- Experience working within strong control and compliance frameworks such as SOX/ICFW.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including finance, commercial, technology, and supply chain.
