Finish Fabric Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Finish Fabric Store Supervisor with a strong background in managing fabric inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and hold at least a graduate degree. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of overseeing day-to-day activities in the fabric store to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Candidates from Sialkot will be given preference. The position offers a competitive salary in the range of 50,000 to 60,000 PKR per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all activities related to the finish fabric store, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation of fabric materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Implement and enforce store policies and safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel tools for inventory management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Lead and train store staff to enhance productivity and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely delivery and dispatch of fabric materials.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the textile or fabric industry.
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficient knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for inventory and data management.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
