SEM Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented Fire Safety Systems CAD Draftsman to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate CAD drawings for fire protection systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. A strong understanding of fire protection drafting standards, MEP coordination, and design drawing preparation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for fire protection systems.
- Develop layouts for various fire safety components including sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate drawings with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and architectural disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Revise and update drawings according to feedback from project managers and evolving project requirements.
- Prepare schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and coordinated design drawings that meet project specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant project standards and specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in Fire and Fire Safety Systems drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory to perform the drafting tasks effectively.
- Ability to work onsite in Karachi, as this is an in-person position.
