We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Officer to join our team and help maintain a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of fire safety equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting emergency preparedness activities. This role requires attention to detail, proactive identification of hazards, and effective coordination with various departments to uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms, to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Verify the correct placement and usability of firefighting equipment throughout the facility.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the floor.
- Identify potential fire hazards and unsafe conditions, report findings, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist in organizing and conducting fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to prepare staff for potential incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and fire drill documentation.
- Support the reporting and basic investigation of incidents and accidents related to fire safety.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Ensure that emergency exits and escape routes remain clear and accessible at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fire Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fire safety or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Certification in Basic Fire Safety or IOSH is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 43,000 to Rs 50,000.
- The position requires physical presence at the work location.
