FIS Integrity - Senior

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance is seeking a Senior professional to join its Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team. Although the position is based in Gurugram, Bengaluru, or Mumbai, it requires significant short-term international travel to execute client engagements. The focus is on providing advisory services related to accounting changes, regulatory support, and accounting processes, with a specialized emphasis on the FIS Integrity solution within treasury management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage teams of FAAS professionals on engagements covering a wide range of FIS Integrity areas.
- Assist in the design, implementation, configuration, and integration of FIS Integrity modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, contribute to solution design, and provide expertise on FIS Integrity functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize treasury processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of best practices.
- Participate in client demonstrations and presentations to highlight FIS Integrity capabilities and benefits.
- Support vendor evaluations and provide recommendations for FIS Integrity implementation.
- Contribute to system testing by developing test scenarios and ensuring successful data migration and validation.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance end-user proficiency with FIS Integrity modules.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in treasury management, sharing insights with the team.
- Support project management activities including planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project goals.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for FIS Integrity modules, addressing functional issues and assisting with enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Assist in engagement planning, budgeting, execution, and management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in treasury management, preferably with exposure to FIS Integrity.
- Strong understanding of treasury and risk management processes including cash management, bank management, liquidity management, debt and investment management, and financial risk management.
- Experience configuring FIS Integrity functionalities such as cash positioning and forecasting, bank account administration, payments processing, foreign exchange, debt and investment management, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
- Familiarity with integrating FIS Integrity with other systems and external platforms.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
- Strong executive presence with confidence in interacting with management at all levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% to 80% of the time.
