A reputable Nutrition and Fitness Center based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Fitness Trainer to join their team. This role involves working with both male and female clients, providing professional fitness training and support in line with the center’s policies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized fitness training sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Supervise clients during the use of fitness equipment to ensure safety and correct technique.
- Design and implement exercise programs based on each client’s fitness level and goals.
- Monitor client progress and provide motivation to help achieve fitness objectives.
- Deliver training focused on strength, fitness, mobility, and general exercise.
- Train and oversee clients using the center’s specialized aquatic exercise equipment and programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the training areas and equipment.
- Adhere to safety standards and quality service procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
- Introduce clients to appropriate programs and services, contributing to the center’s sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree or recognized academic qualification in Sports Science, Physical Education, Fitness Training, Sports Coaching, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Prior experience in fitness or personal training.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and gym equipment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Comfortable and professional in training and communicating with both male and female clients.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Energetic, motivated, professional, and dedicated to the role.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Ready to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
