We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fiverr & Upwork Account Manager to oversee and manage 3 to 4 freelancing accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling multiple freelancing platforms, with expertise in account management, proposal submission, client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and project coordination. This full-time, on-site position is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate 3 to 4 Fiverr and Upwork accounts concurrently.
- Monitor all assigned accounts regularly, including messages, invitations, and new project opportunities.
- Search for relevant projects and submit tailored proposals on Upwork.
- Handle Fiverr inquiries, buyer requests, orders, and maintain effective client communication.
- Communicate professionally with international clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain and enhance account profiles, Fiverr gigs, portfolios, and proposals to improve visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal team members for technical or service-related information when necessary.
- Keep organized records of proposals, leads, clients, and ongoing projects.
- Monitor account performance metrics and identify strategies to improve response rates and conversion.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Efficiently manage multiple accounts and tasks without compromising response time or quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Fiverr and Upwork accounts.
- Ability to handle 3 to 4 accounts simultaneously with efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects through Fiverr and/or Upwork proposals.
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing and client acquisition techniques.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities concurrently.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in digital marketing, web development, SEO, or other digital services is an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing multiple Fiverr/Upwork accounts successfully.
- History of winning projects through effective proposals.
- Skilled in handling international clients and generating consistent leads and conversions.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000, based on experience and performance.
