Flight Attendant

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd., on behalf of our client, is looking to hire a professional and customer-oriented Flight Attendant based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and delivering excellent onboard service. This role requires a presentable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage passenger needs with courtesy and professionalism. The position is open for one female candidate, offering a competitive salary of up to PKR 300,000 per month, along with benefits aligned with market standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the flight.
- Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and guide them to their assigned seats.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight cabin checks and verify that all safety equipment is functional and accessible.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and clearly communicate important flight information to passengers.
- Provide attentive and professional onboard hospitality, assisting passengers as needed.
- Address passenger queries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, adhering strictly to established safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the flight crew to maintain high service quality and operational standards.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and comply fully with company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in aviation, cabin crew, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging or emergency situations.
- Presentable, courteous, and well-organized personality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
