Flight Reservation Executive

TravelsHook, a UK-based company specializing in Umrah, Hajj, and international travel services, is seeking an experienced Flight Reservation Executive to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international flight reservations, airline ticketing, flight bookings, and fare quotations. This role demands precision in ticket issuance and reissuance, alongside delivering professional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage international flight sales, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
- Prepare competitive fare quotations and handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and changes accurately.
- Respond to client inquiries and conduct follow-ups to enhance sales conversion rates.
- Coordinate with airlines to ensure all booking records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide professional customer service, assisting clients with their flight requirements and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in flight reservations, air ticketing, or international flight sales.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ticket processing.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
