TravelsHook, a UK-based company specializing in Umrah and international travel services, is looking for an experienced Flight Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in international flight sales, air ticketing, and flight reservations. This role demands strong proficiency in the Sabre GDS system, along with expertise in ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds. Excellent customer service skills are essential to manage client inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international flight bookings, reservations, and air ticketing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds promptly and correctly.
- Utilize Sabre GDS to conduct flight searches, provide fare quotations, and confirm bookings.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales, maintaining a proactive approach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and sales conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records while delivering professional customer service at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in flight sales, air ticketing, or international travel sales.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre GDS system.
- Strong understanding of ticket issuance, reissuance, and related procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
