Flight Sales Executive

TravelsHook, a UK-based Umrah and travel company specializing in flight bookings and travel services, is seeking an experienced Flight Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in international flight sales, air ticketing, and flight reservations. This role requires proficiency in Sabre GDS, ticket issuance and reissuance, and strong customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage international flight bookings, reservations, and air ticketing processes.
- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
- Utilize Sabre GDS to perform flight searches, provide fare quotations, and complete bookings.
- Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and sales techniques.
- Maintain precise booking records and deliver professional customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Flight Sales, Air Ticketing, or International Travel Sales.
- Proficiency in Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) for flight reservations and ticketing.
- Strong knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refund procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
