The Floor In-Charge supervises the team, manages client interactions, maintains the bridal floor’s presentation, and supports sales performance, all while implementing management policies and fostering a respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management & Discipline:
Supervise all floor staff during working hours, ensuring punctuality, proper grooming, and professional conduct. Maintain discipline by promoting respectful communication and addressing staff issues promptly. Prevent unprofessional behavior or arguments, especially in front of clients, and ensure adherence to company rules and management instructions.

Customer Service & Client Handling:
Guarantee that every client receives attentive, respectful, and professional service. Oversee bridal dress presentations, client appointments, and follow-ups. Resolve customer complaints calmly, escalating serious issues to senior management. Protect client privacy and the brand’s reputation by ensuring staff maintain a positive demeanor at all times.

Bridal Floor Operations:
Maintain an organized, clean, and premium shopping environment. Ensure bridal dresses are displayed attractively, handled carefully, and returned to their designated places. Monitor trial rooms, coordinate with the sales team, and oversee the overall customer experience to ensure smooth daily operations.

Sales & Performance Management:
Track daily sales and staff productivity, supporting the team to meet sales targets. Facilitate effective client follow-ups and maximize conversion of inquiries into sales. Identify and report operational challenges affecting sales performance. Maintain accurate records and provide performance updates as required.

Strong Management & Accountability:
Implement policies and procedures issued by senior management with full ownership of floor operations and staff performance. Make decisions within authorized limits, maintain confidentiality regarding company and client information, and report serious complaints, misconduct, or stock discrepancies promptly. Apply rules fairly and consistently, avoiding misuse of authority or unauthorized commitments.

Authority & Reporting:
Assign daily duties and coordinate staff activities on the floor. Monitor compliance with company policies, provide feedback on staff performance, and recommend corrective actions. Refer major disciplinary matters, customer disputes, and exceptions to senior management. Ensure clear communication and proper implementation of management decisions.

Professional Standards:
Exhibit strong leadership, excellent communication, and conflict management skills. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, punctuality, and accountability. Maintain a professional attitude under pressure and uphold the image and service standards of CLOSET Bridal Dresses.

Performance Evaluation:
Performance will be assessed based on staff discipline, team coordination, customer satisfaction, complaint handling, sales achievements, floor presentation, compliance with policies, leadership quality, and reporting accuracy.

Accountability:
Failure to perform duties, negligence, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow company policies may result in corrective or disciplinary action according to company guidelines.
