Airport Move, a UK-based airport transfers and minicab company, is seeking an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to join their Islamabad team at the I-8 Markaz office. This full-time role involves overseeing day-to-day floor operations during the UK shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM BST), ensuring smooth coordination of bookings, driver dispatch, and customer support. The Floor Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering timely, professional service to passengers traveling to and from airports across the UK. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily floor operations during the UK shift, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of agents, dispatchers, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure airport transfer and minicab bookings are processed accurately and promptly.
- Oversee driver dispatch and coordination to guarantee smooth and timely pickups.
- Handle flight delays, late pickups, escalations, and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Set daily targets and track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and service quality.
- Monitor calls, chats, and emails for quality assurance and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare shift schedules, maintain attendance records, and compile daily and weekly performance reports.
- Train and coach new and existing staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with management to identify and implement process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain discipline, foster a positive work environment, and enforce office policies on the floor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Floor Manager, Team Lead, or Supervisor, preferably within a call center or UK-based process environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership abilities, with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM or booking/dispatch systems, along with reporting tools and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage a busy, fast-paced floor environment.
