Floor Supervisor (Female)

Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic, a leading dermatology and aesthetics center with locations in DHA Phase 4 and Gulberg, Lahore, is seeking a motivated and experienced Female Active Floor Supervisor to join its dynamic team. The clinic, under the leadership of Dr. Zarqa Suharwardy Taimur, specializes in advanced skin, laser, and aesthetic treatments, prioritizing safety, personalized care, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the active front office floor, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client service.
- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client interactions to optimize customer experience.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting operational data.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive client engagement and sales.
- Monitor and report on sales of deals and daily appointments, contributing to incentive programs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold the clinic’s reputation.

Required Qualifications
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education level: Graduate degree.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience supervising an active front office floor in settings such as aesthetic skin clinics, restaurants, or hair salons.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for operational and reporting purposes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in marketing is considered an advantage and will enhance candidacy.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs. 70,000 per month, with potential to increase based on performance.
- Transport allowance ranging from Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 12,000 monthly, adjusted according to travel distance.
- Daily food allowance of Rs. 200.
- Overtime compensation where applicable.
- Attractive cash incentives linked to sales performance and appointment bookings.
